3: Finance

If you do not have an existing relationship with a mortgage broker then we can arrange for you who will qualify your situation and recommend a suitable mortgage product.

4: Solicitors

Solicitors play a key role in the acquisition of property deals because they are experienced in carrying out multiple transactions at a time. This allows us to be able to pre-negotiate discounted fees exclusively for our clients. This also helps to avoid unnecessary costs and delays that often occur on regular property transactions. However, some of our clients do choose to use their own solicitor if they already have a longstanding relationship with them.

5: Property

We will organize viewings and provide the necessary due diligence to enable you to choose the right property that suits your criteria. We will also help you through each step of the purchase process all the way through to completion.

6: Negotiations

Due to high demands of property market in Aberdeen selling solicitors always ask offers over at valuation. We don’t want our clients to pay too much asking over at valuations. After research and analysis we will guide you the best offer you should make to get the property.

7: Purchase
